What can I and can't I carry on my hand baggage?

Do I need special permission to carry insulin, needles, syringes and injection pens in my hand baggage?
If it is for personal use by medical prescription, no special declaration is required for this, however, we recommend that passengers bring a medical certificate or any other similar document certifying the need to transport these items during the trip, in order to facilitate and make the passage through the security control more rapid.
